Elegant flat located right in the centre, in one of the most historic streets. The furnishings have been chosen with attention to quality and detail. Its extremely strategic position allows you to have every tourist place within a few minutes. A few metres away is the sea and the famous ‘Acquario di Genova’, the ‘Principe’ railway station, the FlixBus stop and ‘Via XX Settembre’ (shopping street). Under the house there are supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of clubs. The very comfortable facility is located on the first floor. Guests can feel at home and pampered all round. There is one room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, sleeping a total of 4. Each bed includes bed linen and everything needed for an overnight stay. The bathroom is equipped with: - A shower cubicle - Complete sanitaryware - Shampoo and shower gel - Towels The kitchen is equipped with: - Sink - Electric cooker - Nespresso machine - Refrigerator There are also coffee capsules to accommodate guests tired from travelling. The kitchen is equipped with an ULTRA HD TV. Wi-Fi is also available.

The flat is located in the most central and touristic area of the city. The historical centre of Genoa with its famous alleys is the largest in Europe, and preserves the history of Genoa with every building and tourist site. You will be right in the middle of Ligurian tourism, having all kinds of shops, the Aquarium of Genoa, the main shopping streets and unique historical pieces such as the house of Christopher Columbus, the cathedral of San Lorenzo, etc. just a few metres away.... Being right in the centre, everything is extremely convenient: - Just a few minutes away is the main train station ‘Genova Principe’. - Under the house there are several BUS lines to go anywhere in the city. - A 3 minute walk away is the METRO. - The airport is 15 minutes away by car. - Paying car parks are 500 metres away. - Within 10 minutes by car (or 20 minutes by BUS) you have free beaches. - About an hour by motorway you can reach the ‘5 Terre’ (a Ligurian tourist site of worldwide interest).
