The LOFT B is a former artisan workshop renovated for residential use. Characterized by generous internal heights and decorations, the Loft has great personality: it is studied in every detail and furnished with care and functionality, with exclusive access from the private verdant terrace. Overlooking the common internal courtyard, it is the ideal place for breakfast and an aperitif, before going out to explore the nightlife of San Salvario. The apartment has the quality of being quiet, despite being located in one of the lively areas of the city centre. The space is divided into three communicating areas: a kitchen equipped with every comfort, complete with dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob and small appliances useful for breakfast; a living area with double sofa bed, smart TV and dining table; the sleeping area, raised on a wooden storage platform, is complete with a double bed, useful wardrobe niches and a storage unit. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, suitable for couples and single travellers, but can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. Families with children can also stay comfortably: a cot and high chair can be provided for the youngest travelers on request. The accommodation is on the ground floor of the building: access to the loft is not suitable for people with mobility problems, there are steps in the entrance hall of the building. - Charging station for electric vehicles: guests can recharge their electric vehicles at various stations located in the streets around the property. LOFT B is located a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova station and the historic centre, overlooking the internal courtyard. The San Salvario district has a strategic position for visiting the beauties of the city comfortably on foot or by public transport in the vicinity. It is full of clubs and restaurants, design and craft shops, a short walk from the center and museums. Here is the green lung of the Parco del Valentino, with the historic palace and the medieval castle.
