THE BEDROOM consists of a comfortable king-size double bed, memory foam mattress and pillows, quilt or duvet, cotton sheets and high quality towels. THE LIVING ROOM features an extendable dining table with four chairs, where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner. The queen-size sleeper sofa features comfortable pillows and a memory foam mattress, quilt or duvet, cotton linens, and premium towels. THE KITCHEN is equipped with an induction hob with four burners, a set of pots, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven. Under the sink you will find all the cleaning products for the house if you need them. THE BATHROOM, with window, is complete with all services: toilet, bidet, comfortable walk-in shower, sink with mirror, washing machine, hairdryer and soap dispenser. The gem of the house is its characteristic stone walls and brick vaults, which give it a warm and welcoming tone. The accommodation is equipped with new fixtures that insulate from external noise. The semi-blackout curtains guarantee excellent privacy. The lighting points are designed to provide excellent illumination even on the darkest days.

GUEST ACCESS The house is located in Via Sant'Agnese 22/A, in the heart of Assisi (ZTL area). Upon their arrival, guests will access the accommodation via smartphone, through self check-in with a virtual key. They will find themselves in front of an iron grate which gives access to a small entrance hall and to the door of the accommodation. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the useful information to access the house via email and chat. The closest parking is the "Saba Mojano". The pedestrian entrance/exit from the parking lot is right in front of the house. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 23°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 21°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Assisi Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from 22 October to 7 April.
