ATTENTION: Work is underway in the building, therefore there may be some noise. At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. Our guests will be able to collect the keys in our office in Via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. It will be possible to deposit your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check-in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: - EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30 All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Lovely apartment of about 75 square meters is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled because there are some steps at the entrance). The accommodation consists of: KITCHEN: roomy, with a dining zone, fridge, freezer, hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka, juicer and kitchen utensils TWO BEDROOMS both with a comfortable queen bed, wardrobe and TV. BATHROOM: equipped with a shower, bidet and hairdryer Our guests will also have air conditioning (2 split- in the bedrooms), unlimited free WiFi, iron and ironing board, central heating with thermovalves Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

Neighbourhood information

Crocetta is one of the most prestigious residential areas of Turin, famous for its splendid historic residences and its green areas. Every day (except on Sundays) it is possible to walk among the benches of a beautiful open-air market, a destination for tourists and te locals. Quiet neighborhood but convenient to all services, 15 minutes walk to Porta Nuova station, 20 minutes walk to the center. All kinds of shops in the immediate vicinity. Moving on foot you can reach: - 1 km from the Metro stop NIZZA - 1.2 km San Salvario the nightlife district - 1.5 km the shopping streets and the historic center It is not in the ZTL area so there are no time constraints for circulation. A 15 minute walk you can reach Piazza Carlo Felice and Via Roma and from there take the arcades that in a single walk along the most beautiful streets and the most beautiful squares of the city until you reach Piazza Vittorio crossing the beautiful Via Po called "Regina viarum" being the largest street in Turin at the time of its construction. In the opposite direction in 20 minutes on foot you reach the GAM - Modern Civic Gallery
