For last minute bookings for the same day, check-in waiting times may increase up to one hour depending on the arrival time and internal organization. The total price paid by the guest consists of the rental of the property, cleaning, tourist tax, portal commission and agency commissions for ancillary services rendered. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR.
