    “Why it is called Shabby House I have no idea. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable , has everything that you would need including air conditioning and when I couldn’t find it I was collected, in the pouring rain and given an umbrella . Fantastic.”

Mimì e Cocò shabby house is located in Catania, 4.6 km from Castello Ursino and 4.7 km from Casa Museo di Giovanni Verga. The property is about 2.7 km from Lido Arcobaleno, 5.3 km from Piazza Duomo di Catania and 1 km from the Catania Aeroporto-Fontanarossa train station. Located 200 metres from the airport, we offer a very welcoming and reserved holiday home with large outdoor space and free private parking. The air-conditioned accommodation features a wardrobe, a fridge, a sofa bed, a kitchen, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom. In addition, you will have a large outdoor area with a private table and chairs. Sheets and towels are included.
The structure will always be happy to provide you with useful information for your travelling around
100 metres from the property there is a BUS stop that takes you directly to the city centre. They are also nearby BAR, restaurant and pizzeria.
