PRIVATE PARKING PLACE Located on the third floor of four of a building equipped with lift and private parking, the apartment consists of a living area with sitting area with TV, sofa bed for two people and balcony with sea view and an open kitchen with dining table dining room, hob with gas rings, fridge, freezer, microwave oven. There are also cooking utensils and dishes for preparing and eating meals during your stay. Continuing on, you will find the bedroom with two single beds which, if necessary, can also be joined together and used as a double. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is therefore 4 people. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for your belongings. Finally there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine that can be used during the stay. For clothes you will find a drying rack to hang on the terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of guests booked and are included in the price. The house is equipped with central heating with radiators, while for the summer there are portable fans. Pets are not alloweed. The covered parking space is private and free.
