Oasi Sul Golfo is an exceptionally spacious full apartment located on the Gulf of Cagliari, a great area of Poetto in the vicinity of Margine Rosso in Quartu Sant’Elena. The apartment includes a sizeable lounge space with special Venetian stucco paint & sofas, dining area for 6 people & a relaxation area. 3 bedrooms all with king-size beds and 2 bathrooms are available. The space is equipped with a full-size kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine. A Sardinian terrace courtyard completes the space. For bookings of three to six guests, access will be available to the whole apartment For bookings of two guests, access will be limited to one master bedroom and one bathroom plus all the other areas of the apartment; except the two other bedrooms and second bathroom, which will be unavailable.

My name is Darren, I am originally from the UK; fortunate to live in Sardinia from August 2022 with Katarina my Slovak wife and our wonderful son. We have loved Sardinia ever since a holiday to Cagliari in 2006 where we met our first Sardinian friends. We have visited all over the beautiful island. I worked in the London financial industry for 23 years, Katarina worked in fashion retail. We are both very excited about our new venture in Sardinia. We will be available on hand to answer any questions and offer our guests advice on the surrounding area and places to travel to and visit including the beaches, mountains, nature parks and lakes, historical sites etc. We can also recommend places to eat and drink including restaurants, cafe's, bars in Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena. Oasi Sul Golfo is newly refurbished throughout, perfect for those who wish for a relaxing, peaceful holiday retreat that offers an easy 15 to 20 minutes coastal drive to the city of Cagliari. Oasis Sul Golfo is a starting point to discovering Sardinia’s nature parks, salt and fresh water lakes, mountains and most of all, the beautiful beaches of the south coasts of Sardinia. Other Things to Note Oasi Sul Golfo apartment is part of a family owned villa, we live as a family on the upper floors. We kindly ask you to be respectful to your surroundings. Beach towels and beach umbrella are available on request with a small returnable deposit. Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. We kindly ask you to let us know your flight number and estimated time of arrival at the time of booking. It is possible to check-in from 20:00 to 23:00, please let us know in advance. All guests must have a current government-issued Identification. Upon arrival guest’s ID documents will be registered with both the Italian State Police and Sardegna Tourist Board as an official obligation under Italian state law. Oasi Sul Golfo is located within a family villa in a very quiet, relaxing residential neighbourhood on a one-way street with other large Sardinian villas. The main beach of Cagliari, Poetto beach, which extends eight km from the Sella Del Diavolo to Quartu Sant’Elena, is reachable within a 5 mins drive or 15 to 20 minutes walk. Margine Rosso beach is the immediate stunning local beach, which leads directly onto Poetto beach; just over a kilometre or just under a mile away. Oasis Sul Golfo is perfectly located in Sardinia. Cagliari is only 15-20 minutes. Easy access to Quartu city, Flumini & Foxi towns with coffee shops, café’s, bars and restaurants. Sella Del Diavolo or ‘The Devil’s Saddle’ peninsula is a straightforward 12 minutes coastal drive away; one of the most famous landmarks in Cagliari – a saddle-shaped cape steeped in legend and history, filled with ancient ruins. The headland at the top has absolutely breathtaking views over the coast. A must-see location. Cagliari, the spectacular historical capital city, is only 15-20 minutes drive from Oasi Sul Golfo.
