The loft on the upper floor houses the sleeping area, including a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor, you will find the living area, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a sofa and a television. The loft is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to keep the spaces cool even on the lower floor. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs, as there is no lift. Additionally, there are a few steps inside the apartment to access the loft level. You can conveniently park your car in a small square near the property. Furthermore, a private parking available for guests is located about 250 meters uphill from the apartment.
