The flat is located in San Giorgio di Valpolicella, a small village at 369 m Asl, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy by the "I Borghi più belli d'Italia" Association. San Giorgio is internationally renowned for its stunning Medieval Church, but its story is even ancient. In fact, by the church, you can find prehistoric settlements dating back to the 4th century BC. The view from the main piazza is spectacular and attracts many people from all around the world. Panoramico10 is the perfect place for people looking for tranquillity, nature, and art to stay. The flat is on the ground floor of an independent house of just two stories and has a unique 90 m² private terrace facing the Garda Lake and the Valpolicella region. I think this is the unique feature of the apartment, which is rare to find in the village, along with private parking spaces. The flat has two large windows that give the living room and kitchen warmth and brightness. Since I'm into art and design, the apartment has an arty flair, and it's ideal for people who want a cosy place to enjoy the sun and relax, listen to music, read a book, or enjoy having breakfast and sip a glass of wine on the terrace. A comfy sofa and a cosy double bedroom with a wardrobe and extra storage space exist. The windowed bathroom faces a back garden with a shower, WC, bidet, and washbasin. This is where I partially live so the flat is fully furnished with everything you need. I am afraid there is no TV, but an iMac will be available for you for work or entertainment. One mat, one bolster, and two blocks are also available for yoga practitioners. While I'm away, Angela will take care of you. Since the terrace is full of greenery, we'll need to come and water the plants occasionally.

San Giorgio, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is inhabited by around 400 people, is located at 376 m asl, and belongs to Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella municipality. Here you can feel the sense of belonging and community that just small places like this can communicate. The main piazza facing the Garda Lake and Valpolicella vineyards is vibrant due to Red Zone Art Bar, a cool bar with an interesting history offering finger foods and wine but also holding art exhibitions, live concerts and events. The Pro Loco (the local association for culture and tourism) also organises over the year different events dedicated to art and culture, and you can also find local wine&food guided tours. In addition to prehistoric settlements, Roman remains, and the iconic Romanesque church, at the very top of the village, from the silent, holy burial area, the view opens at 360° over Verona and the Garda Lake. The place is full of history to discover, amazing walks in the woods, day trips to Verona, the lake or near mountains, Venice, Padua, Trento, and Rovereto.
