“For about 20 years I have been an entrepreneur in the restaurant and bar business, where I have always brought together quality service with a great ambience and a warm welcome for all my guests. Now I want to bring my experience and passion to the hotel sector, creating this project for the new generation of boutique rooms. I like to bring innovation to everything I do, and my greatest satisfaction is when I can offer a unique experience to guests who come to visit my splendid home town of Trieste.”
