The house is situated in the heart of Rome, near the Trevi's Fountain, the Colosseum and all the historical and artistic Rome's heritage. Nevertheless the interior-facing ensures quiet and reservedness. It's composed by a spacious master bedroom with orthopedic mattress, a lounge with kitchenette, double sofa-bed and TV, and finally by a private bathroom equipped with all the necessities. It's an independent space, only the main entrance is shared with the owners. The accommodation is on offer to guests. It has all the amenities for a stay in full confidentiality and privacy, but the proximity the owners' house allows the creation of a space for sharing and mutual exchange. We are next door, there is always someone available. However we claim, inevitably, good manners and mutual respect.

Monti is the 1° district of Rome. It's the neighborhood of art galleries and wineries. After a long phase of redevelopment is now a Must for all the young tourists. The name comes from the term 'mountains', and it was composed by a vast area, sparsely populated, which consisted in the Esquiline and the Viminal Hills, part of the Quirinal and the Celio, until the border of the Aurelian Walls. We really are in the heart of the city. Within walking distance of all major monuments and historical and archaeological sites, or through urban mobility services and numerous bus stops in the surrounding area; the more distant attractions are still easily accessible because of the proximity to the metro stations of Termini and Repubblica.
