Distinctive studio apartment on the first floor of a historic building within walking distance of the Pitti Palace, the Boboli Gardens and Piazza Santo Spirito. This lovely studio apartment consists of. - a double bedroom (double bed divisible, on request, into two single beds) - a private bathroom with shower - a bright living room, with dining table, sitting area with sofa and TV - a kitchenette equipped with oven, utensils and dishes - a laundry corner Comfortable and functional, accommodating up to two guests, the apartment has air conditioning (only in the living room), washing machine and Wifi connection. A set of towels and bed linen are available for each of the guests. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no elevator, a steep flight of stairs is required to access it, so it is not suited for guests with reduced mobility. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone and you cannot park in the surrounding streets, you can park in one of the private garages nearby. --------------------- Service limitation: According to the Decree of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of lighting of facilities for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.  The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Crib is available upon request, at the cost of twenty euro per stay; - Pets are allowed upon request. A supplement of twenty euros per stay will be charged; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area. Feel free to contact us to get information.
