Give yourself the pleasure of staying in a newly built apartment with an independent entrance near the sea (150 meters on foot), so you can breathe the morning breeze and give you the chance to walk by the sea whenever you wish. Ideal for families.The apartment has all the comforts you need for a nice stay. There's also a parking space in my exclusive fenced court. In the garden you can find a nice terrace ideal for breakfast outside and enjoy the evening atmosphere. Composed of two bedrooms (one large with double bed and one with a single bed and a single folding bed), there is a sofa bed in the common area. Two large wardrobes and chest of drawers. Tv. If you ask, we can give you a children cot and an high chair. The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils and appliances. If you need a microwave oven or a tv , you can ask us. The bathroom is complete with sanitary, shower, hairdryer, washing machine at your disposal and drying rack. The air conditioner is available in the day and night area, while for the winter there is a heating system. - All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in - There must be at least one adult over the age of 18.
We are Luca and Manuela, two cheerful guys who are pleased to meet and socialize with our guests. Living near the "Sea sweet home" we can give you 360-degree advice ... you just have to ask.
A few steps from the house you will find a wide choice of local bars, pubs, restaurants, souvenir shops, tobacconists, newsstands, disco, beach resorts and free beach. At 200 m there is a park with entertainment for children in the summer while at 150 meters there is a fun fair. Also at 50 meters there is a summer medical service for tourists. Other places nearby: - Rimini Hospital: 3 km - Fiabiliandia: 2.5 km - Le Befane (big shopping center): 3 km - Aquafan: 9.2 km - Rimini Conference Center: 5 km - Fiera di Rimini: (also reach them by train + train): 9 km - 4.5 km from the A14 motorway exit of RIMINI SUD - 250 meters from the MAREBELLO stop of the new Metromare (connects Rimini station to Riccione in a short time).
