Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa). If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

Bright 75 sqm apartment, for 5 people, located on the 1st floor with lift of a modern and ecological building, equipped with a photovoltaic system. The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, moka, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, single sofa bed, TV, playstation and access to the balcony; - BALCONY with table and chairs; - BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and EN SUITE BATHROOM (with sink and toilet); - BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (in all rooms), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and soundproof windows. Baby cot available upon request. FURTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - In the summer months, guests are allowed to use the shared swimming pool (from 15 May to 30 September, included), from 9:00 am to 20:00 pm. - Private assigned parking space on site: n° 27.

The apartment is located in Calambrone, a hamlet of Pisa, in a modern and recently renovated residential area. The beach is about 200 meters from the accommodation and near the property it is possible to find the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The center of Pisa, with its attractions, can be reached by car in about 25 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station, the hub of all the main public transport lines in order to reach the main points of interest in the city, in about 40 minutes by bus. Livorno is about 15 minutes away by car. Main distances: - Salinas Beach Resort: 3 minutes on foot; - Livorno (station): 15 minutes by car / 35 minutes by bus; - Pisa (station): 25 minutes by car / 40 minutes by bus.
