The Snow apartment is located within Villa Genf Mountain Apartments & Spa, which stands in the Livigno landscape in the early 1900s and reflects in every aspect the ideal of Livigno's historic stone and wood-clad chalet. Its name "Genf" comes from "Ginevra," daughter of the first buyer. The two-year renovation, completed in 2022, sought to put the finishing touches on the renovation of this historic dwelling, refining the functionality of the rooms and the interior design, while preserving the wooden and stony materials of the exterior. The villa's spaces feature fine finishes and elegant tones, such as black marble and ivory glitter. Completing the lodge are Relaxation Areas for total regeneration of body and mind. In addition, Villa Genf boasts a prominent location: elevated and panoramic. You can set out from the doorway and take countless mountain trails or the Livigno bike path, which, shielded from traffic, will take you to the town center in total tranquility. Reaching the Palipert ski lift, just a few meters away, you can access, directly on skis or by bus, the entire Carosello 3000 ski area. Cross-country skiers, on the other hand, will have ski-in/ski-out access to the dedicated ring, right in front of the villa. Near the Villa, there are two typical Livigno culinary stops, Cusini Dolce & Salato, ideal for fantastic breakfasts or snacks, and Rosticceria Campestre for ready meals or basic groceries. Snow is a three-room apartment located on the ground floor of the villa and is a suitable solution for 4 guests. The living area is spacious and convivial, dining and cooking areas interface via the kitchen island, creating a fluid space with an open design. The sleeping area, private and aloof, consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower. The view from Snow makes it one with the vast surrounding valley, from green fields in summer to snowy expanses in winter.

The surrounding of light and scenery is reflected inside the premises giving the full feeling of being immersed in nature. All apartments at Villa Genf have direct access to the Spa and Relaxation Zone.
