“Soul of Rome” is an elegant and spacious 140m2 apartment in a modern condominium. Located in a convenient and well-serviced area of Southern Rome, Tuscolano district. Thanks to the subway (line A), just 150 meters from the house, it will be possible to reach the historic center and the Vatican in a few minutes. A short walk takes us to the historic Parco degli Acquedotti until we reach the Appia Antica area. You can visit the Cinecittà Studios, the Hollywood on the banks of the Tiber. “Soul of Rome” is an apartment full of natural light thanks to the large windows and its exposure. It is suitable for any type of stay: a couple's holiday, with friends or family, work or study stays, with its 140 m2 it leaves room for the intimacy of each of the guests. Upon entering, you are captured by a bright, colorful and large living room with living area and dining area from which it is possible to access the large balcony. Near the main entrance there is access to a service room for storing suitcases and one of the three bedrooms equipped with a study/work area. The large kitchen is finely furnished and fully equipped, to allow you, if you wish, to cook your favorite dishes in peace; the colored wall of the dining area is highlighted by the brightness of the two balconies between which it is located. The elegant and tastefully renovated main bathroom has a bathtub and laundry area. The sleeping area consists of the large and bright master bedroom, with internal bathroom with window and built-in shower and the bedroom for the little ones with a bunk bed and space to let their imagination run wild. Furthermore, with the accommodation it is possible to have a large private car park, enjoy the large collection of books that we put at your disposal, as well as games for adults and children.

Our apartment is perfect not only for those interested in the monuments of Rome: the Cinecittà film factories "Hollywood on the Tiber" can be reached in a few subway stops or with a pleasant walk along Via Tuscolana, full of commercial activities; a wide choice of clubs, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, Roman cuisine, kebab, Chinese, McDonald's and others. An uninterrupted row of shops, supermarkets, some open 24 hours, department stores, shopping centres. A few steps from home you will find: hypermarket, multiplex cinema, pharmacies, bookshop, sports centers and swimming pools, a historic Roman local market with 0 km food products at competitive prices. We are located a few steps from the Archaeological Park of the Aqueducts, here 7 Roman aqueducts intersect, and it has been the scene of scenes from cult films including Mamma Roma, the Great Beauty, the Marquis del Grillo, La Dolce Vita. At the park it is possible to rent bikes, play golf, tennis, five-a-side football, go horseback riding, and even get to the Appia Antica Archaeological Park.
