THE ROOM consists of a comfortable king-size double bed, memory foam mattress and pillows, quilt or duvet, cotton sheets, high-quality towels and a comfortable wardrobe for storing clothes and suitcases. THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA is meticulously cared for to offer comfort and practicality in a small space. It has a dining table with two chairs, where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner. THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, cookware set, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. Under the sink you will find household cleaning supplies should you need them. THE BATHROOM, with window, is complete with all services: toilet, bidet, walk-in shower, sink with mirror, hairdryer and soap dispenser. OUTDOORS: the gem of the house is the presence of a small terrace where you can relax sipping an aperitif or a good tea, with the panorama of Assisi in the background. GUEST ACCESS The apartment is located in Via Gabriele d'Annunzio 7M - Santa Maria degli Angeli, in the "I Portali" shopping complex. Upon their arrival, guests will access the accommodation via smartphone, through self check-in with a virtual key. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, equipped with a comfortable lift. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the useful information to access the house via email and chat. You can take advantage of the ample free parking on site. For those arriving by train, the apartment is located just 50 meters from the train station. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 23°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 21°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Assisi Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from 22 October to 7 April.
