The heating is NOT INCLUDED and has to be paid separately: EUR 2 / hour. Each apartment features an independent heating system with a thermostat. Excellent heat insulation: in winter guests use an average of 3 hours of heating per day. The tourist tax is NOT INCLUDED EUR 2,5 / night per person. It is due in cash at check-in time. It is not due for each night exceeding the 5th of the stay. It does not apply to children under 12 years of age. Please note that the amount charged on your credit card does NOT INCLUDE the tourist tax altough the amount displayed at the time of booking does. Pet fee NOT INCLUDED EUR 30 per pet. Socket for electric car charge NOT INCLUDED in the rate. In case of use, the property will apply a surcharge of EUR 0,40 per KWh. In case of reservation for 2 persons, linen for the sofa bed are NOT INCLUDED and costs EUR 30 (one-time). Regardless of length of stay, no change of bath/kitchen towels or bed linen will be provided, following Ordinance 19/3/2014, n. 6501 of Corte di Cassazione (Court of Appeal). The apartments and balconies are facing south-east. The sofa beds are about 120x185. There is only one parking space per apartment. Please inform the host in advance if you need space for an additional vehicle.

The Suites Cristallo and Faloria are located on a typical rural house in “Ampezzo” style, renovated at the end of the 80s. At the rear of the house there is a garden with view of the Pomagagnon, the most impressive mountain in the valley. The hamlet of 'Alverà' is one of the most evocative and inviting areas of Cortina. Characterised by the pine timber houses and the small church of Santa Giuliana. The house is located in the higher part of the hamlet on a hill in front of the 'Pomagagnon' & 'Faloria' mountains, and overlooking the valley with a wonderful view on the best peaks: 'Col Rosà', 'Tofana di Rozes', '5 Torri', 'Croda da Lago' and 'Becco di Mezzodì'. The area is quiet and well connected to the town centre and it's easy to get to the ski lifts for the 'Faloria' and 'Cristallo' mountains: you can reach these ski areas via the chiarlifts in 'Rio Gere' which are just 4,5 km away. The bus stop is 130 m away from the house. 6 runs in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the town center. Bus service is not reliable. There are 2 restaurants just 200 meters away from the property. Two paid playgrounds for children are about 2 km away from the house.
