We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the BOOKING booking receipt for your expenses POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: The municipality of Sanremo applies a tourist tax of 1.50 euro/day per person aged 12 and over (up to 15 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-ins before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.

Cozy studio flat located in Sanremo in the splendid setting of the Capo Nero promontory, within an elegant residential complex facing the sea. It is a 3-minute walk from the beach of Marina di Capo Nero, one of the most beautiful beaches in Ospedaletti and 10 minutes from the town centre. The center of Sanremo is about 4km away. In about 40 minutes you can reach the border with France and visit the towns of the French Riviera such as Menton and Montecarlo. WI-FI AND AIR CONDITIONING. Located on the ninth floor of ten of a seafront building equipped with two lifts, the apartment is a studio consisting of a bright and spacious living/sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace facing the sea with a splendid view of the crystalline waters of the latter part of Liguria before the border with France. Here you can use a table with chairs outside, to better enjoy the summer days and evenings and the mild climate typical of the area while admiring the sea. There is no bedroom, the sleeping arrangements are the sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two people and the second sofa which can be used by a third person, preferably a child. In the kitchen you will find an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and crockery, everything you need to prepare and consume meals during your stay. Finally you will find a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. In the house there is also a built-in wardrobe to be used for your personal belongings and a wardrobe at the entrance with a storage function for household cleaning products. The house does not have private parking, but it is possible to park along the street for free. For heating in the winter months you can use the air conditioner because it is equipped with a split for hot air. The house is located in the municipality of Sanremo on the border with the municipality of Ospedaletti along the Aurelia, the state road that connects all the towns on the coast. Area characterized by a mild climate even in the winter months, where during the day the temperature often exceeds 20 degrees and it is possible to walk and enjoy the sun. A few steps from the house is the Capo Nero beach. In the center of Ospedaletti you will find all the services, therefore supermarkets, bars and numerous restaurants and clubs on the seafront. There are free public parking spaces along the street. In front of the house there is a bus stop that goes, on one side, to Ospedaletti, Bordighera and Ventimiglia and on the other towards the center of Sanremo where by changing buses you can get to Imperia. Both in Sanremo and in Bordighera there is the railway station from where it is possible to reach any destination both in Italy and in France, a very convenient way to visit the cities of the French Riviera (Menton, Montecarlo, Nice). 1 km from the house you will find the cycle path that runs along the sea up to San Lorenzo, with a path that winds for 25 km between beaches and cliffs with several rest and refreshment points made especially for the biker or walker to stop and take the sun or access the beaches. There are also beautiful paths that start from the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Porrine which can be covered by MTB or on foot on the sea side of the mountains in the hinterland of Ospedaletti. It is possible to rent bikes or ebikes at the old station in the center of Ospedaletti. There are also diving centers for diving enthusiasts: one is located to the east at the port of Marina degli Aregai and the other to the west at port Garavan in Menton. Both in Ospedaletti and in Sanremo there are many events: cicilisitci, singers such as the Sanremo festival, gastronomic festivals with Ligurian specialities, sporting events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Montecarlo.
