The house is located on the second and top floor of a renovated building in a small square in the heart of the ‘Mercato (market) del Capo’. Guests access directly the living room / kitchen, a warm and cozy living area, pervaded by the light that comes from the balconies that overlook a pedestrian street. The living room, furnished with sofa, bookcase and table with chairs, is separated from the kitchenette by a small wall. The living room leads to the double bedroom, also very bright and with a small balcony, overlooking a quiet pedestrian street. Some steps lead up onto the mezzanine, furnished with a desk and ottoman bed and a small window overlooking the terrace. In the living room, stairs lead to the terrace, characterized by vivid and colorful furnishings as the red and white striped curtains, the red chairs, the majolica on the bench and some succulent plants. The terrace fits perfectly into the market context, nestling between the roofs and bell towers of Palermo. The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a heat pump in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. *We inform our guests that the building next to the accommodation and the staircase of the building are currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
