This luxurious and charming apartment is settled on the ground floor as a part of an elegant building in Via Guinigi, the most popular street of the old city thanks to the namesake tower just after the corner! Also oldest people can get in, very easily. It's a well equipped house, with every kind of modern service such as wifi, TV SAT, Air Conditioning, and in particular the lovely garden where you can seat and have dinner, enjoying breakfast or sunbathing :) Having a private spacious garden in the old city center is a real rarity in Lucca, so that you'll love it! The apartment is located in not traffic area so that you will have to park out of the walls and walk for a while to reach our house. Not worries anyway, as there are a free parking 15 minutes walking outside of the walls, or a pay parking 5 minutes walking along Via Elisa. Dear guest I remind you that before leaving, you are required to send us a photo of the keys left in the house at check out . Otherwise you will be charged if the key is not found. Via Guinigi is one of the oìmost popular street of Lucca city center, thanks to GUINIGI'S TOWR just after the corner, so that you cannot loose the chance to visit it and get the top of the tower... from only overt there you can immerse yourself into the magnificent of city of Lucca, it old roofs, the old brick building, the many towers and campanile,and the Apuan Alps all over around... - Free parking spot is 15 minutes walking only out of the walls. - Pay parking area 5 minutes walking distance. You'll receive all the informations to get both of them after booking and before your arrival. - You're only required to inform me about your arrival time just from the reservation time or as soon as it possible. - Please if you want to be 5 five people, note that it's possible as there is an other single bed, in the bunk bedroom on request, so don't hesitate to ask me in advance. - TWO FREE BIKES are AVAILABLE at home. - Baby CRIB available on request by the payment upon arrival.
