The Riva Apt. Rises in a quiet residential area a few steps from the lake. The Riva Apt. A pearl that gives the special atmosphere of the historic Riva motorboats !!! The Riva Apt. also offers a large garden with swimming pool, tennis court and playground for the little ones !! The accomodation is cozy and confortable , it offers a 32'' Smart Tv internet connected in the living room , high speed internet Wi-Fi connection that easly allows Smart working , Air conditioning , a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and iron board. We also provide bed linen and a set of 3 towels( small , medium , large) for each guest. On the summer season we supply , free of charge , a couple of sun beds to use in the private garden. Just outside the accomodation there is an external private parking lot you can get for free.

Very quiet residential area facing Garda Lake. A few steps away there is The Lido Galeazzi in which you can find a nice equipped beach that offers: volley court , jumping nets, ping-pong table, paddle boats , SUP ,kayaks and sun beds available for rental. In the range of 500 meters from accomodation all facilities as Restaurants , Pubs , Pizza Restaurants , Ice Cream Shops , NewsPaper retail shop , Tobacco shop , Chemistry and Supermarkets are located. All Amusements parks same as Gardaland , Caneva Acqua Park , MovieLand , Zoo safari Park are easly reachable by car or Bus. Colombare di Sirmione is a strategic location 3 Kms away from Desenzano del Garda and 2 Kms away from Sirmione historical centre that it's comfortably reachable by a nice 20 minutes walk bordering the Lake.
