The cozy Townhouse 71 is located on the pictoresque hill of the town Bardolino called Calmasino, just 3.5 km from the beach and 5.5 km from the historical center of Bardolino. Near the house there is a free parking place where it is possible to park the car. At guest’s disposal there is a cellar to park bikes or e-bikes and where is possible to charge them. The semi-detached house of about 100 sqm is located on two levels.
