Security deposit of EUR 2.000,00 charged via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of EUR 99,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of EUR 5.000 in case of damages. In the countryside of Monopoli, 10 minutes by car from the crystal clear beaches, Trulli Tortorella are a complex of cones and lamia perfect for those seeking a holiday in privacy and tranquility, not far from the most visited and appreciated villages such as Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte Ostuni and more... The property is divided into two units: the Trulli are the main body and accommodate the kitchen, equipped with every comfort and two double bedrooms, each with bathroom and shower plus an additional single bed in the smaller Trullo. The second unit is an annexe adjacent to the pool with a bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the square in front of the house, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue, stove, sink and a large table with chairs to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. The swimming pool (10x4 m) is surrounded by the solarium area, equipped with sun loungers, and garden with lawn and aromatic plants.
