Wonderful apartment of 65 sqm renovated in 2016. The flat is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator -guests must go down a flight of 6 steps) of a building on the outskirts of Bologna. Furnishings are pleasant and modern. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living area, both of which also feature next-generation windows and doors, which ensure optimal thermal and acoustic performance. The living room displays a sofa with chaise longue, which also converts into a queen-size bed. Opposite the sofa, there is a 42” curved-screen TV. There's also a crystal desk with chair, serving as a workstation. From the lounge, you have access to a balcony. The custom-made kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchen furniture includes a dining table for 4. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with custom-made walk-in closet. This room too features a 42” curved-screen TV. The decor is completed by a soft armchair. The washing machine is in the bathroom, which features a window and a spacious and modern walk-in shower. This space too is optimized and finished with elegant ceramics, wall-mounted sanitary appliances and design fittings. PETS: Pets are allowed. Extra charges apply.

AREA: The apartment is located in a strategic position, near the old town (reachable on foot in just 10 minutes or by a couple of bus stops), the St. Orsola hospital, the exit for the Beltway and the Bologna Fair. The area is also served well by stores: a shopping mall is about 200 mt. from the apartment. In addition, along the adjacent Via Repubblica and Via San Donato there are several restaurants, bars, pubs and even a disco. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is a kiosk, a pizzeria, a bar and a bank. The fair ground is reachable in 5 min. walking and just behind the property there is a park. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Buses stop about 200 yards from the apartment and lead, respectively, to the city center and train station, in 5 minutes. Bus number 21 stops on via Vestri, leading directly to the old town center. PARKING: The apartment is outside the ZTL area. You may park in the street, on the places indicated with blue stripes, free of charge on Sundays and every night from 20:00 to 8:00; and upon payment (red parking meter) during the day.
