Property for exclusive use set within a beautiful private park in a fabulous position, secluded but not isolated, 20 km from Grosseto. Excellent tranquility and privacy with beautiful panorama of the Tuscan hills. The 10,000 sq mt of lawn garden is fully fenced with natural hedges and mesh. Within the garden is the bean-shaped pool (10x4 meters, depth 1.20 to 2.20), externally paved and surrounded by a solarium area with hot shower and umbrellas. Guests can also take advantage of a furnished wooden gazebo with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and a portable BBQ. Nearby, the garden is enriched by a panoramic stone terrace with table from where you can admire the view of the surrounding countryside. All around the house, within the 2 hectares of the property's land, it is possible to take lovely strolls among the olive trees and even reach a fishing lake (4000 sq mt of surface). Private parking is within the property, through a manual gate. The 17th century villa was built to serve as a "furnace village" for bricks production. It was recently restored with great care. On the gr.floor: well-equipped kitchen, large living room with table and direct outdoor access, lounge area with working fireplace, a service bathroom and passageway sofa room overlooking a game room (billiard) with outdoor access; from here, through a blackout curtain: double room entirely built in stone with a suggestive ceiling skylight. On the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with direct outdoor access (one with private bathroom with shower), a double bedroom with king size bed (220x220 cm), a bathroom with shower and double sink, a large master double bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with tub-shower cubicle. The price includes: supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), courtesy sets in each bathroom.
