Villa Patrizia is a private villa with swimming pool in Tuscany, a few km from the village of San Casciano dei Bagni in the province of Siena. Located in the beautiful scenery of the Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana, the farmhouse has been carefully renovated, preserving the typical features of local country houses and integrating them with elements of comfort. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with equipped areas for relaxation, pitches for gymnastics and children’s entertainment, , including a large sandbox. The pool has practical entry stairs and a curved infinity side; the area is entirely fenced and closed by gates. A few meters from the villa there is a charming cottage that can be used as a leisure area, equipped with smart TV, game console, wine and beer area and wood-burning oven. In total privacy from the villa there is another building where the owner lives and where the cooking school is located, reserved only for staying guests. Here you can take advantage of the chef service and cooking class. The property is entirely fenced. The ground floor consists of a large dining room, kitchen, living room with TV, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, toilet. On this level with separate independent entrance from the garden there is a sitting room and two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower.
