Suspended wide double bed, super comfy design single sofa bed. Antique noble building, cool atmosphere. Designer finishes or skilled craftsmen: the improvements are continuos. This is the perfect place to relax in comfort and silence (Trastevere can be so animated and noisy), since the flat is located in a small quite alley. The space is perfect for two people: now (latest renovation March 2015) I have a wide and comfortable suspended double bed, plus a super comfy Danish design single sofabed (NEW from Apr. 2015) downstairs. To reach the suspended bed you go up 5 beautifully designed stairs: beauty in design does not always mean comfort and the stairs are a bit high so not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. I keep on renovating the flat for myself, so I choose every single detail with special care. Fancy that the new suspended bed structure has been made by a blacksmith which is not only an artist himself, but he is also the craftsman making the iron sculptures by Jannis Kounellis, the world famous artist.
