For emergencies, please contact us via the internal phone. Please note that we do not provide baggage services, so we ask that you manage and carry your own luggage. Additionally, our facility has stairs, and unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause regarding luggage transport and stair usage, and we appreciate your understanding.
