We love Japanese food culture from reasonable Ramen, BBQ style (Yakiniku), Fried Pork (Tonkatsu), Grilled chicken (Yakitori), to fine dinings such as Eel (Unagi), great Sushi or three Michelin-starred restaurants. Also, we have the official certificate of Japanese Sake Sommelier, WSET Level 3 Award in Sake and Wine Sommelier. We're happy to share our knowledge for you to find your favorite one if you want. We used to live in Los Angeles to get an MBA for Ken and USCPA for Kazumi so that you don't worry about communication in English. - Our apt is in Akabane area, which is one of the biggest transfer stations in the north of Tokyo. You can also easily get here from Narita or Haneda. - Akabane is very convenient to go to the center of Tokyo such as Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Ueno, Asakusa, Akihabara, Shibuya within 15 mins by train as well as popular side trip areas such as Nikko, Kamakura, and Yokohama easily. - Moreover, Akabane is known as a foodie town and has a big IZAKAYA area( IZAKAYA has lots of local Japanese food) that you can stop by some of them and enjoy local food with a very affordable price.
