When you check-in, we need to meet you. So we would like you to decide the arrival time and let us know via our reservation system. On the day of check-in, we will meet the meetup point decided below. Then we go to the accommodation together. You can find the exact place in the attached guidance. Then we are going to take you to the accommodation. If you are traveling by car, please let us know in advance. ●Please make a reservation for check-in time from the reservation system. ※Check-in times are on a first-come, first-served basis, as we also accept reservations from other facilities.Please let us know your preferred time between 3:00 pm to 9:00 as soon as possible, or make your own reservation. ●About children's fee. Under 6 years old (5 years old and under) will be free but there will be no bedding or amenities. It is free only for co-sleeping and does not count as the number of guests. If you need bedding for one person, it will be counted as one adult . In addition, please note that if you need children's bedding, please let us know in advance, otherwise we will not be able to respond to your request.●About Pests　We try to get rid of the pests like spiders or cockroach at least once a month. However, some insects very rarely come into the house because guests open doors and windows during their stay.

On the arrival day If there are any changes on the arrival day, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that it may not be possible for us to adjust the new time because of another check in. Additional fee 1500 JPY for the sudden cancellation or th sudden change your check-in time could be charged. Please do not be late for the check-in time. If you were late for more than 30 minutes without any contacts, we would also charge an additional fee1500 JPY. For example, if you made the appointment at 4pm and you came to the meeting point after 4:30pm without any contacts, you would also be charged 1500 JPY. If you cannot use the Internet in Japan, please try to use the free wifi at the airport to inform us when you arrive at the meeting place, otherwise we would cancel your stay. Caution! Check-in is not accepted after 21:00. If it exceeds 21:00, an additional fee of 5000 yen will be charged per half hour. Since we will not respond except for emergencies, we need to arrange for other personnel to work overtime at the counter after 21:00, so please understand. If you arrive at the check-in counter after 22:30, our staff will have a limited number of transportation to go home. We are very sorry, but in addition to the additional charge for every 30 minutes, we will charge you 30,000 yen for our staff's taxi expenses.（ex. If you arrived at22:30→5,000yen×4＋30,000yen＝50,000yen) After I take you to the accommodation, I would like to take photos of the passports of all members and I would like you to write down the check-in forms. ●The facility is equipped with various cooking utensils, cutlery (forks, spoons, etc.), salt, pepper, and oil so that you can prepare your own meals. Please do not move induction stoves to other rooms for BBQs or potlucks, or bring in cassette stoves or induction cooktops for cooking outside of the kitchen due to fire regulations.

＞The setting of the bedding The bedroom is only on the 2nd floor, and a futon (Japanese mattress) will be provided. The bedroom is separated by Fusuma (Japanese sliding door). It is divided into 2 people, 1 person, and 2 people, so you can secure a little private when you go to bed. We have a small Japanese-style garden you can enjoy viewing from the living room. In the bed room on 2 floor, you can see a circle shaped window that is rear in Japan. You can try Japanese style mattress 'Futon'. Kyo Oyado Muromachi is a modern renovation of a traditional Kyoto machiya house, located only a 3-minute walk from JR Kyoto Station. Within walking distance are Toji Temple, Kyoto Tower, and Kyoto Aquarium. There are many bike rental options nearby. It is a 3-minute bike ride to Toji Temple, 5 minutes to Nishi Honganji Temple, 10 minutes to Sanjusangendo and Tofukuji Temple, and 15 minutes to Fushimi Inari Shrine. Fushimi Inari Taisha is two train stops from Kyoto Station (5 minutes).
