The air-conditioned rooms at Art Hotel Joetsu have light wood furniture and deep colour highlights. Guests can stretch out on the beds, or enjoy a bath or video-on-demand movie. A green tea maker and slippers are provided. Shinshu Joko-ji Temple and Joetsu Science Museum are both about a 10-minute drive away. By car, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Joetsu-Takada highway exit. Takada Park is about a 15-minute walk.
