United States of AmericaThe hotel was impeccable and the staff was courteous and responsive. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with many different food choices, both western and local fare. The location was super in that you had immediate access to all types of ground transportation options as well easy walking distance to countless restaurants and excellent shopping venues.

My Japanese language skills are very low, so they were thoughtful enough to find a staff member who spoke excellent English to assist me every time I visited the front desk. The view of Nagoya from the upper floors is spectacular and especially so at night.
