We love this beautiful and huge hotel - nice room - we love the onsen - they inter switch so you get to experience both sites . Very nice outdoor onsen - I would imagine when it snows .. Breakfast is excellent

The highlight of our stay was the wonderful outdoor bath and the buffet dinner and breakfast. There was a huge range of delicious food which was beautifully presented.
New ZealandEverything. I went to complain that there were no pillow nor duvet covers but didn't realise we need to let them know we are ready so they can send a whole team to set up the beds. Very impressed.

Hong KongThe staff were extremely helpful - the free shuttle service was very convenient, and on one day when we were walking back to the hotel in the rain the driver recognised us and stopped to pick us up! The food was delicious with a great range of choice, the onsen was beautiful, the location was great. Just a great stay! The room was a little smaller than I expected, but very comfortable with everything we needed.
