    Guests can request bedding for each bedroom in the apartment (subject to availability). If no bedding requests are provided prior to 14 days of arrival, all bedding will be set up as 2 single beds. Please contact the property for the detail.

    For guests staying during the summer season, please be informed that check-in procedures will take place at The Vale niseko, from 15:00 to 18:00. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Check-in and key-collection take place at: 166-9 Yamada, Kutchan, 044-0081 Niseko.

    Please note, only electric fans are available during the summer season.
