A 5 min walk to Karatina town. The house is near all the major supermarkets in Karatina for ease of shopping incase you need anything. There are a lot of tea and coffee plantations which make the place extremely picturesque. You can visit the many tea and coffee factories within 10 min walk. Few min drive away from known towns like Nanyuki, Nyeri, Embu etc. Take a few min drive to Chaka ranch, Sagana camping sites etc. The house is a few min away from the largest open air market in Kenya, Karatina market.
