It is a three stories house consists of five rooms and two entrances, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a shared big kitchen with full utensils and kitchenware if tenant would want to cook their own meal. There are two rooms each floor with private en-suite bathrooms. On the top floor there is a large rooftop terrace for all the tenants to use.

Yana House in Victory City is a very safe and quiet gated community about 7 km from Phnom Penh city center and the Riverside. K mall is 2 km away and supermarkets are surrounding can be found on the nearby Veng Sreng Boulevard, a bustling road full of all kinds of shops and restaurants. BELTEI and SIS International schools are less than 10 minutes walk from the house and the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital is a 15 minutes drive. The compound is conveniently located halfway between the airport (7 km) and the downtown area.
