The rooms were spacious compared to some others that we stayed at in Korea. The beds were comfortable. The shower had great pressure. The complimentary sandwiches each morning were a bonus. Also there was a laundry which we could use for free. They have free parking and valet service. Overall a solid pick if coming to Jeju. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Ventimo was amazing. Starting off, the staff members (diff people across diff days) at the front desk were so friendly and warm every time we had a question or needed their help. The rooms were also really clean and comfortable. When we checked in, there was a seal keeping the door shut to show that nobody has accessed the room since the last cleaning service. Prior to check in, a new set of codes (for the door) is also generated every hour. Going the extra mile to show that they take guest safety seriously made me feel very comforted. The hotel also had its own guidebook on sights to see around the area and where we can find good food :). Our flights were delayed (due to unpredictable jeju weather :'() so we had to rebook with another hotel that was a big brand name, but we missed Ventimo very much. The service at Ventimo and modern design of the room is unparalleled. Truly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in, with such amazing value too :)
