Conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the Jungang underground shopping area and various sightseeing areas, Hotel Robero Jeju offers a restaurant and free parking. We were able to check in quite late, around 10pm plus after arriving at Jeju from Seoul. The bus took 10 minutes to reach the hotel at night. Check in was smooth, the staff can speak English. The staff also helped to call a taxi for us when we wanted to go Hallasan early in the morning and when we wanted to go to the airport. The hotel was comfy, it was clean, bottled water was provided and the staff would come in everyday to make up the room. I found the stay enjoyable.

It was a great trip and wanna back again to Jeju. From my point of view, Jeju is the best place I've visited in South Korea. You can enjoy a lot with the sea and sea view. I went to Wudo Island, Seongsan Mountain, Cheonjeyeon Waterfall, Daepo Jusangjeolli, etc. I enjoyed black pork and lobsters in Jeju. It would be easy to go around Jeju if you got a car. It was rainy went I went and highly recommended to check the weather before you go.
Beautiful. I did 2 full days of tours because I wanted some time off from planning, organising and booking activities. The food was great, the people were lovely and the places and things we saw and experienced the wonderful. Absolutely worth it. Be mindful of travel; our flight was cancelled due to weather. If booking activities give yourself enough time for plane delays if heavy rain and/or wind may be expected.
Jeju is amazing. If you love a combo of hiking, beautiful nature, city life, activities and more, then Jeju is for you. If you’re able to spend 7+ days, please do so. But at the very least 4-5 days. It’s a gem!
Jeju is a very beautiful island surrounded by very beautiful seas. We love beautiful, clean and well taken care beach, mountain, water fall and many other natural scenes. The best period to go there is during March to April, very good temperature. We spend 7 full days at Jeju but we felt we could have planned for more days. Jeju has a lot of natural attractions and city shopping. Please take note, there isn't any grand huge shopping center there because Jeju is a town, not a big city. If you love natural attractions such sea, beach, mountain and countryside, Jeju is great place for you. If u plan go to Uda Island, make sure you bring along your international driving licence so that u can rent the electri bicycle or motorbike. They will not rent u the electricity bike or bicycle if u do not have International Driving Licence, very funny and upset requirements. Is too tiring if you plan to ride the annual bicycle surround the island because is a bit too long and lots of upslope.
To really enjoy Jeju, you will need to rental car that will enable you visit places that are secluded. Other than the usual city tours, consider doing hikes and definitely plan a trip up Hallasan. You will not run of trails to hike, and every trail gives you a different perspective of the beauty of Jeju. Seafood is definitely a must eat as it is about the freshest you can get and at very reasonable price. The best seafood pot you can get is from restaurant Samseonghyeol Haemultang where they serve the freshest seafood at a very good price. Hanaro Mart is the big supermarket that you all across Jeju. This is the best place to discover about the food that the locals take. You will also find fresh Korean strawberries at very good price.
Probably the season I chose during winter for Jeju weren't the best decision. Too much rain/snow/a bit of hail. Driving on the left was no issue, other road users weren't as intimidating as when I drove in Incheon 😅 I love the locals, they're so kind and helpful. May be an incident of getting shouted at on the ferry when I reversed the car in by an older man was intimidating...may be, it was the language barrier. I found myself telling him "Hey, just chill alright..reversing here and it's all good. See?!" - Off course, I laughed afterwards. The views on the ferry going to Udo Island was superb. Fees payable per person and per vehicle. Buy for return too. CIQ forms are necessary. I love Udo island too. In my honest opinion, I had about 8days fully in Jeju..14days would've been better...so I cover more places! Thank you for the memories Jeju 🥰 The sea was just beautiful. Cafe hopping is a must. Climbing Mt Hallasan during winter was so special. I did the easiest Euseungpanak Trail, still it was a challenge for me 😅 but all so worthwhile with the beautiful views along the way...Guess during autumn might be even better...tried abalone porridge/black pork BBQ/fish stews/seafood stews...overall experience with food was just right. I loved the Seafood Bibimpap
We stayed at the hotel with a rented car, and a big plus of this hotel is the private parking that can be easily accessible and especially free of charge. The room is pretty big and it had a great view of the city (unfortunately not towards Hallasan mountain). The bathroom is also very spacious and with a nice shower. The bed is comfy but it is enormous, the biggest that we had in Korea. We also had a nice walk around the neighbourhood and it is quite close to the main touristic street of Jeju City where there are a lot of restaurants.
The location of the hotel is good. The bus stops are within walking distance and the bus network will connect you to the places in Jeju. Although there are no subway systems on this island, it's not expensive to take a taxi from the airport to Shin Shin hotel, besides the buses. There are lots of shops and eateries behind the hotel.
Rooms are specious and have all the necessities you might need to have a good stay. The mattress were also very comfortable. Food is easy to find nearby, there's parking space and the spot is close enough to the airport so it's convenient for early flights. Overall, the discounted price is good value for a hotel in Jeju-si.
Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good mix of Korean and western style. Good location if you are visiting for trekking Halla Mountain. Good location if you are renting a car as well. Hotel Nanta doing well in this pandemic and offering decent services in good price amid pandemic.
The view outside was fabulous. We could see Mt Hallasan in the distance on a clear day. The room is big and beds are quite comfortable. There is a 7 Eleven just outside the hotel which is really very convenient. The hotel is located just 10 min ride away from the Jeju airport.
This hotel is located just across the street from the best beach east of the city of Jeju. The excellent breakfast buffet was free for one guest and 15,000KRW for others. Parking was available on site. Staff were excellent. Close to restaurants and a grocery store.
It’s indeed 5-min drive from/to the airport; near the 600 airport bus stop (Jeju Sun Hotel) and a walking distance to Stop 22 of Jeju City Tour bus. A few blocks from the shopping street and nearby restaurants and cafes.
It's so close to airport and they supply shutte bus which is very convenient. And the hotel is on a small road so if you go there need take a taxi or take bus from jeju city bus terminal and then walk about 5mins.
The staff can speak English and it's easy for us to communicate. They are friendly too :). The hotel is also located in the city if Jeju. Near to many shopping malls and convinient store as well as gift store.
Staff was really helpful. The hotel was located in an area with lots of different food and just down the street from the Airport. The price was good.
