The room is spacious and clean. Toilet is clean too. Excellent location, walking distant to shops. Duty free shop on the same building but some still under renovation.

Any queries we had the staff dealt with fantastically, particularly the person in the foyer who helped us get a taxi for the airport and when they arrived helped us with our bags. I would definitely stay again if staying in Jeju!
