We originally booked at a different hotel nearby and were so unhappy with the room that we had to leave. Beware... Photos of some of the Jeju hotels can be misleading.. This hotel came up in our search so we went and requested to see the rooms first. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and facilities so stayed. Easy to get to sightseeing places and I also highly recommend renting a car in Jeju. (beware of the frequently changing speed limits!) there is a EV charging point at the ground. If you are vegetarian, Korean restaurants are not veggie friendly. Staff asked me for dietary restrictions first when i booked at the hotel's resto which was nice. What I would do next time? I would stay here longer in Jeju as it is a BIG island! also I would definitely stay at this clean and quality hotel.

The property was very nice. When we arrived everyone was ready to get us checked in. We received an explanation about the facilities and what we can expect during our stay. The room was very nice, especially the Jacuzzi. On top of that, one of the property managers; conrad was always up for a good chat and helped us with tips and explaining what we can do in Jeju. He made our trip more memorable and helped us manage our time more efficiently by giving us great recommendations. To sum it up, our trip was perfect and a great memory!!
