There are many positive things about the hotel, I feel the rooms are well designed and the views of the ocean from the rooms are unbeatable. The heated pool was just an added bonus during our trip as temperatures did drop quite a bit at night. It allowed us to swim outdoors even at low temperatures making it really refreshing.

I love that this hotel has a strict smoke forbidding everywhere, even on balcony it is not allowed to smoke. That’s absolutely fantastic!! It really make sure that everyone who stays there can finally enjoy the fresh good air. Thank you so much for protecting your non-smokers guests in such a caring way. We also love the pools and food. Perfect service! We will definitely come back again!!

Extremely clean and spacious. All their staff were able to converse in English and offered excellent service. The staff were attentive and even switched to speak English (from mandarin) after noticing that we were from Singapore during check in. It was a very small detail but it showed that their staff were very professional. Even offered free beer and soda in their mini bar daily. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in.

Breakfast - Breakfast was great, lots of options including (at time of writing) live stations serving rice noodle soup, lobster and caviar egg Benedict and local seafood bowls. They also have a Barista for coffee as well as self-serve coffee. They also had fresh juice (including custom juice - you can choose the ingredients and they make it in front of you). Food looked fresh and tasted good too. The best breakfast buffet in my whole South Korea trip (stayed in comparable star / priced properties such as Lotte). Room - our room was new and clean and had all the amenities needed. In comparable star/priced properties on my South Korea trip, you had to pay extra for razors and toothbrushes. This is a small point but the plugs are “universal” style so I didn’t need to use my converter and could plug in my UK plugs straight into the sockets. Staff - the staff were nice and friendly and spoke English.
