The calm, peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and caring. They were helpful and responsive. Problems were resolved quickly. The vegan breakfast was delicious, nicely presented and varied. A pleasant surprise that should be promoted more.

Good location, breakfast was good. Staff helped relocate me from upper floor to lower floor for health reasons,
The room was spacious
I appreciate the staff's assistance to move me from the top floor. They also helped to resolve some of the issues I raised and offered a complimentary dinner.

This is a great place to stay if you want a place that is reasonably priced, nice, large, and close to both Rodney Bay and the stadium. If you want a resort, go stay at a resort. If you want to see the real St. Lucia, this is a great place to stay. It is a very nice two bedroom apartment. Anthony and Miss Jean are wonderful hosts. A couple words to the wise if you are coming to St. Lucia and stay here: get WhatsApp---with all the different phone systems involved, it is the way everyone communicates here and works great and bring cash---it involves a significant charge for Anthony to get a credit card reader---more than the ATM fees. It also helps elsewhere in St. Lucia---except for the resort type areas, many places only take cash. Overall---two thumbs up---an excellent stay!

It's a really cool stand-alone villa, with some privacy, all amenities, and a full kitchen. The place is spacious and charming. The host, Ben, is a standout human being, really plugged in to modern technology and willing to go the extra mile to make everything easy (great communication). It's also secluded and quiet, but not so secluded that it takes long to get to Gros Islet. Overall a charming stay at a really affordable price, we wish we would have stayed a bit longer.

Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Wonderful staff who gave us the warmest welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone in the Harbour Club team is exceptional! it was my husband’s 60th birthday and they went above and beyond to make his day and our stay very special. I can’t recommend it enough. Simply the best in St Lucia!
An excellent quiet location, with a warm welcome. A good sized room with ensuite, all in a minimal stylish decor, very comfortable beds, a TV. The hotel/studio was built a year ago by the proprietor and her husband, a contemporary and thoughtful building.
Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, the best view, very beautiful view of the hotel is integrated with the beach, the bed size is large, the bathroom is clean, the staff service is very friendly, I recommend it
