The Local Experience is a family home (with children), the place to be for your home away from home vacation. This cozy space is perfect for your stay and you automatically become part of this big family. We are located in Riviere Doree, Choiseul (south of the island) close to all of the enjoyable sightseeing locations on our small island. The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walking distance to a quiet beach and river. We look forward to your stay!

I am a born and raised St. Lucian. Although I am a full-time educator, I have a passion for hospitality. I am an outgoing and friendly individual, who will ensure that your stay is a fun-filled and memorable. My residence is located on the same property, which ensures that you will be able to reach me if any problems arise. In addition to living closely, I also work within walking distance of the place, approximately two minutes. If you need any assistance or information regarding tourist attractions as well as taxi services to and from the sites, i will happily assist you. Language: English I will be available to help you plan out your stay and to make the necessary arrangements to make it happen. Only if needed.

Its a small neighborhood with neighbors who are very friendly and helpful. Ten (10) minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is a 1 minute walk to the main road, where public transportation can be accessed. Private taxi services are also available, for daytime or late night outings.
