This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The Old Town is just across the bridge, the monumental National Library is right next to it, there are superb public transportation connections, grocery shopping, pharmacy, pizzeria and a kebab studio next door. The historical building has been freshly renovated to a very high standard, and includes a modern elevator, ventilation with heat recuperation in each apartment, and high speed internet.
The host is also a Captain (ICC open sea license) and offers his guests boat tours with a guest discount, for more details about the tours please inquire directly.
The left bank of Daugava river is rapidly developing into a stylish, trendy place for living and working. There is Agenskalns market nearby with food stalls and all kinds of market goods. The premises are located directly on the riverbank with great walking opportunities, including - reaching the Old Town in a few minutes strolling over the Akmens bridge while enjoying the postcard panorama of Riga. There are two marinas nearby with a chance to get a boat tour on the river for a special occasion or to enjoy a champagne sunset out on the sea.
