Enjoy Riga while staying in this cozy, radiant apartment, furnished in a modern elegant way, located in the very center of the city. * Comfortable clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen and all you need for your business or leisure trip accommodation. * Modern, business-class building, closed yard, 24h security guard. * 5min walk from the Old Town and other historical sights, 2min - from the Kronvalda city park. Steps away from the Riga Passenger Port. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a new modern building with elevator. The entrance area has a large built in closet with hangers and shelves. There is a double bed, a wardrobe with shelves and drawers and a separate chest in the bedroom area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances for a long comfortable stay. There is a big dining table with 4 chairs dividing the kitchen from the living room. The living room offers a sofa, two large comfortable leather chairs, and a TV set . You can enjoy the Dome Cathedral Tower out the window as well as the bank of Daugava river from the other side. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine. Home comfort for up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children (8 y.o)
