I love that upon entering the lobby I was met with a pleasent smell it was wonderful not sure ifndofuser but was lovely. Staff were super helpful and friendly Reina in particular paid attention to detail and the lady that did our coffees was so attentive in providing the best cup. Lockers for luggage super helpful and the decor is just stunning

Absolutely loved our stay! The interior design is refined and elegant — the room felt truly luxurious, with high-quality finishes and attention to detail. The location is ideal: central but quiet, with very little noise and a peaceful atmosphere. The reception staff were exceptional — warm, professional, and always helpful. We also enjoyed the variety of great cafés and restaurants just a short walk away, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a relaxed dinner. This is the kind of hotel you genuinely look forward to coming back to. Highly recommended.

After 1 weeks it’s ok but start to get bored I stayed. From 22.01 up next Monday. But I forgot to use all I just use card

Location is perfect - very close to the parks, railway station and old city. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and speaks many languages.

Top class location in the heart of the old town. The hotel is spread out over a number of buildings. I was in Building 2 and I was VERY impressed with the room. It was modern and tasteful. Very comfortable. Wonderful heating in the winter. Loved the design and decor of the rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. Didn't hear any other guests during my stay. Room was VERY quiet. There are some terrific restaurants and vars with a 2 minute walk as well as a gallery mall. The location is perfect. Staff were helpful and kind. There is a mini bar in the room.

Very clean, very cosy! Beautiful cover for bed, crispy clean towels. Kettle, refrigerator, fan, wifi, tv with Estonian programs! Rimi supermarket on the other side of the street, Cofeine cafe min 5 minutes walk Nice staff, good location! Great stay for very lovely price!

A good place feels like home , 24/7 open , have own parking , and a good logistics place. Breakfast is simple sandwiches but coffee is good 👍

I stayed for a weekend in this place. I chose it, because it was an economy trip for me, but l wanted a private room and location closer to the city center. Overall the staff was nice, room resembled the pictures online and even had a mini fridge. Seemed perfect for a short stay.

Nice clean room, very friendly staff. In a good location aswell. Very spacious room, also the guest lounge is a very nice touch, has tv, sink, kettles and sofas. Its a nice place to relax and unwind if you dont want to sit in the your room.

I have to extend my gratitude and compliments to the hotel’s administrator Revita. Long story short - I had booked my accommodation for the right dates but for the wrong year (a year ahead. Yeah, I know :) Revita, with friendly and no-trouble attitude, solved the problem and accommodated me nonetheless. I appreciate and thank her for her attitude to her clients.

The hotel is not far from the train station and the centre. The room is large and spatious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and tidy. A grocery store right next door to the hotel entrance. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. i would definitely stay here again.
