Property information

Renovated fully from inside old wooden house with private garden territory in last summer of 2023. House has 2 floors. On the second floor there are 2 separate apartments. In the garden - small studio separate house with outside terrace and grill zone. Apartments are small and cozy - contain everything needed - comfortable bed, cotton sheets, shower, wc and kitchen.Very close to the Riga Gulf sea. Totally 3 apartments in the house and one separate garden mini house.

Neighbourhood information

Located by the Melluzi park and open summer stage. Only 300 meters to the beach. Brios cafe, patisiere and restaurant few minutes walk. Small supermarket, fruit market, gas station, bus and train stations close. Free parking in the territory. Kids playground in the park.
