It’s absolutely peaceful, equipped with all the necessary amenities—though not directly in the rooms—you can stay for days and no one will disturb you unless you request trash removal 🙂. The staff is efficient, the rooms are spacious, the beds are excellent, and the view from the upper floors is a delight. The breakfast is more than varied, tasty, and carefully prepared; I found it even more satisfying this year than last. The only downside is the slightly sweet pudding served as an omelette, but it’s no big deal—we can always have a real omelette at home. But the atmosphere at Jurmala Spa, the one we crave all year long, can only be found right there.

Breakfast was very good and tasty, which you need to select from the menu. Just a note to other travelers - when you are coming, let them know when you are planning to arrive.

Jomas Street is the central pedestrian street. It offers a varied range of restaurants and pubs with diverse menus. It is a lovely place to enjoy a long recreational walk in the late afternoon during the Summer months when it is busy.
Come during the Autumn to see a very different side to the street when the tourists are all gone and you will barely meet another soul ;)

The location is very convenient - on Jomas Street where plenty of cafés and small shops are within easy reach. The hotel is pretty, with an old-fashioned interior. The room was comfortable and had all the necessities. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. We also loved the filling breakfast buffet and the delicious coffee.

Clean and beautiful apartment in a very good spot for enjoying the beach and Jomas street. Our family was very pleased with interior of the flat and location. And flat was provided with everything you could possibly need for a 10 day stay.

We stayed here in May 2025 for 9 days. We really liked the apartment — it was quiet, clean, bright, and equipped with everything we needed. There is parking available, which is convenient if you're traveling by car. The location is excellent: there's a nearby train station with easy access to Riga. Right across the street is a beautiful park, and it's also close to the sea and Jomas Street, which has a wide selection of restaurants and cafés. On the way to Jomas Street, there is a Russian Orthodox church.

The apartment was very large, light and spacious. The bedrooms and living room were very spacious and the furniture was comfortable. The bathrooms and shower rooms were great, and we loved the balcony overlooking the garden. The location and atmosphere of the accommodation is exceptional, very close to the beach and to Jomas Street, in a beautiful historic building. Everything in the accommodation was very clean. The apartment had everything we needed. We enjoyed staying here a lot and wished we could have stayed longer!

Modern and nice hotel close to the sea and Jomas street. Rather big room and bathroom.
We had very nice and green view to a private house nearby.
All necessary facilities and very reach and tasty breakfast. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at STORIES Design ApartHotel! The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with everything we needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and coffee maker. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach and the main Jomas street, yet in a peaceful area. The staff were very friendly and always available to assist. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jurmala!

Very stylish outside and inside. We were here in September, so we got free parking place inside (but there are dozens of parking places on the street).
The host was super nice and welcoming. We stayed for two nights, but I could easily imagine staying here for a week or two as the apartment is very well equipped. Sofa is big and the folding bed inside is really comfortable with thick matterace. It's not a flimsy substitute.
Good location - close to the beach, but also close to Jomas street full of stores and restaurants.

Apartments are located ideally in the center of Jomas Street, with all restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also very close to the beach. The parking is situated comfortably inside the apartment block, and we got the remote to open the gates. Apartment has good air conditioning, everything needed is available at the kitchen. Host is very friendly and always available in case of any questions. Price was reasonable, considering the high season.
